Website purpose and operator
NicheWorld, Inc. operates NCHE and this informational website. These terms explain the permitted use and limits of www.nche.io and its app demo. Contact us at ashley@nche.io or 142 Bidwell Parkway, Buffalo, NY 14222, United States.
Product and demo status
NCHE is in development. The website describes a proposed professional Record for beauty and wellness professionals. The demo uses fictional people, work, learning and credentials to explain the intended experience. Access is currently limited to NCHE’s closed testing circle and requires a temporary code. A status, badge, course, opportunity or booking shown in the demo is illustrative and is not a real verification, qualification, offer or reservation.
Trying the demo or sending an interest email does not create a production account, guarantee pilot admission, reserve a service, create a professional relationship or commit either party to a purchase. Availability, eligibility, pricing and product features may change. Any real account or paid service will have the terms and notices relevant to that service when it becomes available.
Professional and medical information
Website and demo content is general product information, not medical advice, treatment guidance or a determination of anyone's professional authority. NCHE does not grant professional licences. A regulator or other competent authority determines what a person is authorised to do in a particular jurisdiction. Do not rely on fictional records, credentials or treatment examples to choose or perform a procedure.
Responsible use
You may view and explore the website for lawful personal or business evaluation. Please use fictional information in the demo and do not enter patient records, confidential client material, real identity documents or information you are not entitled to use.
Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent demo content as real, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website to infringe another person's rights. If you discover a fault or security concern, email us a description without accessing other people's information or sending sensitive material.
Content and external services
NCHE branding and website content are owned by NicheWorld or used with the relevant permission. Viewing the website does not give permission to reuse its branding, photographs or other protected material outside uses allowed by law or a separate licence. Contact us about reuse or a rights concern.
Third-party links, font delivery and your email application involve external services. Their applicable terms and privacy information govern their own services. A link does not by itself establish an endorsement or an appointment with that provider.
Availability, accuracy and legal rights
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but an evolving demonstration may contain errors or be interrupted. Please check material details with us before relying on them. We may correct, revise or withdraw demo content and restrict misuse.
Nothing in these terms removes a statutory consumer right, excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or changes obligations that arise under an applicable separate agreement. These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or a charge for using the demo.
