Who operates this website

NCHE is operated by NicheWorld, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Our business contact address is 142 Bidwell Parkway, Buffalo, NY 14222, United States. You can contact us about privacy at ashley@nche.io.

This notice covers www.nche.io, enquiries you choose to send through its email links, and the fictional app demo at app.nche.io. Access to that demo is currently limited to NCHE’s closed testing circle and requires a temporary code. The website viewer loads it only when you choose to open it. A future NCHE service with real accounts, professional verification or payments will need its own relevant notices before you use those features.

Information involved in your visit

When you visit, our hosting and security providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested page, time, referring page, and technical or error logs. Our typeface provider receives the connection information needed to deliver the fonts. We use this processing to operate the site, identify faults and prevent abuse.

Our enquiry form uses your name, email address, professional role and optional choice about updates to prepare a message in your email app. The form does not submit those details to NCHE, save them in a website database or put them in browser storage. NCHE receives your enquiry only if you send the email. Your email provider handles the draft and sent message under its own settings and policies.

If you send a message, we receive its contents, attachments, sender information and email metadata. We use that information to respond, maintain the relevant correspondence and send the NCHE updates you request. Updates are optional. Please do not send patient information, medical records, identity documents, passwords or other sensitive material through this website or its enquiry email.

Ask NCHE assistant

If you open Ask NCHE and type a question, that question and the earlier questions and answers in the same conversation are sent through our website host to an AI service to produce an answer. The assistant answers from this website's published content and can be wrong. Please do not include personal, health or client information. The conversation is kept in local storage in this browser under nche.ask.v1 until you choose Clear or remove site data; it is not saved in a website database.

Fictional app demo and device storage

The app demo is an illustration, with fictional profiles, work and credentials. It does not create a real NCHE account, make a booking, publish a professional Record or verify anyone's licence. Use fictional information when trying it.

Some changes in the testing-circle demo at app.nche.io, such as a profile edit, practice settings or a sample booking, can be saved in local storage on the device and browser you are using. These demo entries are not submitted to NCHE. They may remain available to someone else who uses the same browser profile until you clear them. They are separate from the technical requests made when loading the site.

Use your browser's site-data controls for app.nche.io to remove entries saved by the testing-circle demo. Historical fictional demo entries may remain under www.nche.io; the legacy reset control on the cookies page clears only those website entries and cannot clear storage on app.nche.io. Closing a tab does not necessarily delete local storage. More detail is in Cookies and device storage.

Analytics and measurement

This website does not currently use analytics. No analytics or tag-management service is loaded, no measurement is collected, and no analytics cookie or identifier is set. You are not asked to accept anything, because there is nothing optional to accept. The website works fully without it.

The footer choices panel reflects this: it explains that optional analytics is off and offers no control that would start collection. If we ever introduce analytics, we will ask for your choice first, describe what would be measured, and update this notice before anything is collected.

If you have made a measurement choice on an earlier visit, a small preference may still be stored in your browser. It is not acted on while analytics is off, and it holds only the version, whether analytics was allowed and when you chose, with no name, email address or role. You can remove it with your browser's site-data controls for www.nche.io.

Advertising, personalisation, advertising identifiers and session replay are not used on this website and cannot be turned on. Nothing you type into the enquiry form is measured, and preparing an email draft is not recorded by us at all.

Ordinary technical requests still happen when a page loads: hosting and asset delivery, infrastructure security and the font service. These are described below and in Cookies and device storage.

Providers and disclosures

Lovable provides website hosting and asset delivery. Cloudflare supplies infrastructure security, including the security cookie described in our cookie notice. Fontshare supplies the Satoshi typeface. Our email is routed through Microsoft 365 and GoDaddy. These providers handle information relevant to delivering, securing or supporting their services.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with an applicable legal obligation, protect legal rights, investigate abuse or respond to a security incident. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. NCHE has not enabled advertising trackers, behavioural analytics or session replay on this website.

We do not use your activity on this website to track you across other websites. Its behaviour therefore does not change in response to a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal; the website does not carry out the advertising sale or sharing that such an opt-out would stop. Ordinary hosting, security and font requests still occur.

Retention and location

We retain correspondence for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, requested updates, legitimate record keeping or applicable legal obligations. An opt-out record may be retained so that we can respect your choice. Provider-managed technical logs follow the applicable provider's retention arrangements. Demo storage has no automatic expiry and stays in your browser until it is reset or cleared, or the browser removes it.

NicheWorld is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. We use applicable contractual and other safeguards where required; this notice does not promise storage in a particular country.

Your choices and rights

You can browse without emailing us, leave the form without sending it, keep the updates box unselected, and clear your device's demo data. To stop requested updates, reply asking to unsubscribe or email ashley@nche.io.

You can use the same address to ask about information you have sent, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to a copy of your information, to object to or restrict certain uses, to withdraw consent, or to appeal a decision about your request. We will assess requests under applicable law, verify identity proportionately where necessary, and explain any lawful limit on what we can do. You may also complain to the relevant privacy regulator. We do not require you to send an identity document through the website to make an initial request.

Children and changes

The website is intended for an adult professional audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate steps.

We will update the effective date when this notice changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the website, and we will provide any additional notice or choice required before applying a new use to information already collected.
