I've spent more than ten years in beauty. I've worked behind the chair, built businesses, taught, and looked after thousands of clients.
And I kept seeing the same thing. Brilliant professionals were piecing a career together across social media, booking pages, certificates and camera rolls. Meanwhile, clients were still guessing who they could trust.
That's why I'm building NCHE.
It gives your work, learning, credentials and reputation one home. Professionals can be discovered for what they actually do, teach what they know, and earn beyond the appointment. Clients can find the right person, see the experience behind the profile, and choose with confidence.
NCHE is built by a practitioner, for the people shaping this industry. We're starting in New York. Coming soon.
